Today we have another Fish dish because I have a ton of Halibut I need to use to make some room for Dungeness Crab this year. what I made is a Seared Halibut over some Garlic Onion and Tomato Noodles. I topped the fish with microgreens to add some color. This recipe looks complicated but if you watch my recipe it's actually easier than you might think. I hope you enoyed the video and you give the recipe a try.

It is a two stroke yes, I am working to get her back on the water very soon, waiting for a few parts to arrive next week. so keep you guys busy with fish recipes lol

U need to upgrade to 4 stroke to safe fuel.
