You can't weld with a torch but braise yes.

Um... YES you can! You can both braze and weld using the oxygen acetylene torch

welding though with a torch is not the preferred method, it just lays out slag. its mainly for heating/cutting. Plus, the work done is weak. in my initial post, I should of said "you shouldn't" . Welded for 6 years while in the USN and gas welding is a joke.

For your battery you should run a small car battery you should have the room in that tracker for one.

at 15:45 the idler is ment to be the way it is on your blower... mine is like that too

Looks like it , And I think ill have to put some oil in there , seeing it got hot after 20 min of blowing snow last week.

yeah, when the unit heats up, the vent will open and relieve any pressure, saves the seals etc.
