Season 1: Session 11: Limited or limitless

How do you view yourself?
I used to think:
- I have to do everything
- I have to be the best
- I have to be right
- I have to be the expert
- I need people to agree with me
- I need to be liked, loved and feel I belong
All of which made me limited, not limitless.
Now I think
+ what are the most important 1-3 things for me to do today
+ who can I connect with in their lane, so we can all move further forward
+ it’s all about making the best decision and seeking the best wisdom at the time
+ when I run in my lane, with others in theirs, we are all winning the race
+ I need people to challenge me… my book, beta-readers…refining fire
+ I am loved, chosen, have a family who accept me for who I am…I don’t need to be liked to feel whole.
Now I am limitless
+ I achieve more in 1 day than I used to in a week
Going deeper into a few things and producing massive results. i.e. relationships, book, international leadership role.
+ my capacity is next level in all circumstances. I know exactly what is a yes and what is a no. And I have said no to a huge amount over the last 5 years: swearing, drinking to fit in/for confidence, lie-ins, carbs, sugar and dairy, finance offers.
+ feelings and emotions are now my warning signs showing me when I am on the right track or not, as opposed to controlling and stopping me move.
+ I know that everything that happens is for me to win or learn, to step me up. I am not limitless as I don’t get held back by disappointment because my expectations haven’t been met…I now seek out the good, the learn and the promise that is on the other side of the new door that has just been opened.
+ I have a faith and a God who goes before me, is behind me, beside me, underneath me and above me…and He wants the best for me. I am limitless because He is limitless. He’s the wisdom and insight I need. All I am responsible is for my actions. No one else’s, everyone has free choice and everyone is incredibly precious and valuable.
Consider where you are limited or limitless and how looking at your life through an inspiring perspective could flip you from one to the other.
