Great show. If there are Walleyes there, there's some big Muskies there too....I'd hand a sucker on a quick set rig while I was Walleye fishing!

Detroit river we usually use shorter jigging rods. Pulling 1oz jigs in the wind you’ll need it.

Guess it's a matter a preference but I do the complete opposite with rod selection in the wind. Light winds I prefer my 6' 3" and 6' 5", wind picks up 7' 0" and 7' 6". My rationale is that the boat is moving a lot more in the wind and the extra length allows me to adjust over the bait in a wider area.
