Let's be clear. A person who commits domestic abuse cannot be said to be a good parent. They may be able to show good aspects of parenting, and they may show love to their child, but the physical, emotional and psychological impact on the child can be either subtle or obvious. No excuses.

💯 facts. You said it clear. What a lot of people do is sit in bad relationships or be around bad partners because they’re so called a good parent which is complete BS. My dad attacked my mum when I was very young I’m still in my 30s and remember it as clear as day. Your kids inherit scars too and remember everything. The enabling that people nowadays do to hold onto shattered family hopes and dreams is not worth it. Once your children grow up they will resent both parents not just the abusive one. Fair enough people are victims but allowing your children and you to stay in the environment or be around the person means you are complicit with the abuse

Just read the article in the mail relating to Kyle walker, feel sorry for Lauryn in this instance. The idea that a man blames the woman's behaviour and using it as an excuse not to see kids is actually disgusting. Katie Hind should be ashamed writing articles like that, serves no one involved.

YES Lisa we do really want them longer 😂 not only are these entertaining but for those who are, or have been or WILL be in similar situations, there’s thought provoking topics that are also informative! But of course understand that life in general is hectic so we’ll take what we can get 🩵
