Hello, fellow sailors! 🌊 Welcome to the thrilling final episode of season two of HK Sailing. Join us as we embark on an early morning journey from Sydney to Moreton Island via the picturesque Seaway route. Though it's a motor sail day, the scenic views captured with an Insta360 camera will make it worthwhile!
🚤 Unexpected Detour: Plans changed when we ran aground six times! To avoid further issues, we headed back to the Gold Coast and re-plotted our course. Safety first, always!
🗺️ New Route and Challenges: With a 1.9-meter draft, we carefully navigate a new route planned with a friend's help. Watch as we tackle sketchy parts with tidal water and cautious manoeuvring.
🌧️ Weather Concerns: Rain is on the horizon, but we're hopeful for clear skies. Provisions are loaded, and we're prepared for an overnight stay if needed.
🌬️ Day Three Sailing: Finally, on day three, we catch some wind! Sailing at six to seven knots, we enjoy a perfect end to our massive journey, cruising towards our final destination.

Thanks for the great vid. MY Son, watched it and might GO sailing with DAD, when I buy the yacht in 10 Months. May call it The Bounty, because there could end up being a mutany. LOL
