I just realised that weeping clown has videos of LIttle girl on it so it might seem confusing- This tierlist has also been reduced in length bc we talked about survivors quite in depth for the past 3 tierlist! For this one I believe many of you guys know how each survivor works! So for the next 1/2 seasons tierlist it would be around the same length!! 2 days till Xmas :DD

People play a character once and think they know everything about 'em, so they say the character is bad, when they actually just don't know how to use 'em. Faro Lady is a character that requires skill to use, since she is dependent on kiting skill, most players cannot kite, you know, Identity V fanbase is made up loud and angry teenagers.

Thank god someone agrees that Mech really is a good character. Too many people say she’s one of the worst characters and needs buffs. I think absolutely not she is in a very strong stat. Just people not knowing how to play raw kiters.

Explorers that use tide its cause hiding as him reduces significantly the need and the probability to kite, which means u waste borrowed time. Tide is kept to offer extra value to the team since he can usually get to the chair to rescue in case no one is going for the rescue. And windows is combined with his silent vaulting and his speedboost to get to the pages location way faster. Again explorer is for emergency rescue since his pages have better value before accelerated decoding, so he shouldn't be acting as a rescue all the time

Yeah I agree, enchantress is very much skill dependent, with an enormous emphasis on good raw kiting skills. The characters that are skill dependent can be amazing if someone puts in the work to get good with that character, it can def shift the whole game outcome.

Honestly early seasons are a god send for players like me that just wants a badge for their stans. Orphy is SO BAD in Solo Ranking, but now that I have his A badge I can go back to William.

from the moment the guy puts composer, lucky guy and doctor in the worst tiers, and puts survivors like Weeping clown, Antiquarian, Coordinator, Cheerleader and other characters in high tiers, you realize that the person has never played with these 3 characters, Doctor can heal her and other survivors very quickly (can heal the Limpet of 75% damage that the Photographer gives, the only character that does this), composer lvl 3 decod, finishes a machine in 40 seconds if you get the notes right, and lucky guy has an absurd arsenal of weapons that help the entire team, such as Flare gun, Euphoria, Pocket Watch, Lantern, Elbow Pad, Ruyby Ball, Syringe, and can even locate the chests, open they quickly, and there are still 2 slots and you have a 50% chance of getting an item you want (some of which have a 100% guaranteed chance), and when you don't get 1 item the first time, 50% of chance, next time is guaranteed, the characters I mentioned earlier like Weeping Clown, Antiquarian and others, I didn't say they are terrible, I just want to highlight the fact that he says Lucky Guy, Composer, Doctor and many other characters marvelous are in low tiers and there are characters in high tiers that shouldn't be in those tiers

19:27 that got removed from doctor but ye 32:05 try hitting rugby on hulla with two red zones out (a lot of the tiles i've tried at red zone locks an entire corridor down, if has clone can be 100% coverage), or when caged by goatman 1:00:00 decode letter is cack, +10% decode = +0.1 'decode units per second' for 30 sec = at best-best two survs do their ciphers 3 sec faster, i guarantee +10% movespeed for 15 sec or a mini broken windows cd on whoever's being chased will buy more than 3 seconds of decoding time if the surv is at all competent 1:01:10 if it works anything like how +decode usually does, it's weaker the lower a surv's decode speed is (try lg sync +70% decode speed on 2/2 injure pre-buff mech, it barely helped at all lol) 1:40:10 you can still hear her moving, i think they 180'd on that particular change + i routinely hear her running and use that to tell where she's trying to go (but you need to be pretty close)

Postman can be deceptively good against a lot of hunters if you know how to use him right. With kjr, he can basically 3 cipher kite every in red church just by kiting around the church. Even in areas where he can't abuse strategies like that, he can still give himself a decent kite because of his letters and dog. On top of that, dog can actually balloon rescue. I have done my fair share of balloon rescues as Postman and managed to buy some time for the team to decode, especially if I bodyblocked the survivor. Of course, he still has some hunters he has trouble against, especially on open maps (cough cough gamekeeper)

Omg gamekeeper are nightmareee!!! But I agree!!! Victor is very good at church despite the basic kiting>< I have also attempted a few rescues on chair without hit due to wick's stunts and managed to bodyblock for the survivor :D

As victor main,i prefer tide more due to the implemented knee jerk letter buff on him. And yes i agree victor's decoding buff helps a lot in turning the tide of the match. For kiting,victor have 3 letters to use,increase speed,increase vaulting and even free knee jerk!! And added to that wick! I love victor for his all rounder support,in rescue,kiting,decode and end game. I have also attempted many rescue with wick-and yes successfully rescue eith half health by abusing the stunt- overall i think victor is happily appreciated now 😊😊 also- for after rescue,i try to support by giving them the speed buff to waste more time :D

Composer is my favorite survivor, yet, i'm agree if he is weak. His tunning skill cd is too long and many hunter counter it, when his skill on cooldown basicly he just a lucky guy without item. I hope he got another adjustment or buff.

my opinion from asia server perspective: puppeteer is too high. he does nothing to the team when isn't chased, he cant use skill when using tide, and he almost cannot be healed which is a problem late game faro is probably too high but only like 3 ppl use faro on higher level games in our server so idk prisoner should be the same tier with composer. composer is the 3rd fastest decoder in game, has no debuffs, sees hunter in 32m radius, has shorter cooldown than prisoner, and they all die instantly facing opera or hullabaloo, i dont see why theyre 5 tiers away. perfumer and magician is weak. with perfumer you either give hunter their full ability after 1st kite then sculptor massacres everyone or your banned from using perfume for the rest of the match because healing debuff. magician's speed boost lasts for .4 seconds, putting him along with cowboy is crazy Ask any professor main and they'll tell u hes skill dependent painter can do more than tie. once you make it through the first 16 seconds of kiting he becomes better than acrobat, him sitting on rocket chair counters all camping killer and gives emotional support to merc across the map, and painter+forward combo is op doctor is too low. having infinite health late game is really good if you make it to late game.

Prisoner is higher than Composer because he can help his teammates finish their ciphers. He's good for cipher rushing especially when paired with other decoder like Mechanic. Magician will always be good imo. One of the best kiter and tight kiter because of his unpredictability when used right. He only seems bad because some players don't know how to use him correctly but he waste the hunter's time so much. He can also potentially make the hunter lose him after being chaired because of his invisible trait to further waste the hunter's time. Not to mention that he has no debuffs. Edit: Also Doctor is baddd. The only good thing she does is healing but there are better healers than her who can also actually kite better than her. Her unli heals is only useful against hunters that require constant healing (Photographer and Hermit).

Hey, so Idk If you'll see this but I think that doc should actually be skill dependent! Reasons are: she has no debuffs :she is very similar to gardener where you need skill to get the healing and you might say "well gardeners bubble can take any damage and only needs 2 seconds of standing still" yeah but doctor can always heal while gardeners bubble takes a lot to be able to recall and if the hunter can give you less than 50% damage and then hit you normally and they can bait out gardener bubble but once doc is healed you can't bait her out and she can also harras pretty well especially if decoders or ppl on last chair are being chased also after every hit(even less than 50%) she gets an insane speedboost also her healing buff can really carry and you realisticly if you have a good build for her only need 1 pallet to heal up also gardeners bubble gives the hunter a faster Animation than doc. Now this was not to drag down gardener in any means this is just to show that doc should be on the same tier even if gardener's still a little better! And I'm SO SORRY for the long text!!!

Acting like you dont have to take into consideration his kiting ability? Everything gets considered here not just your ideal situation. As stated in the video the hunter can just target him first so he has no time to set up. Every character has something they do well in, thats common knowledge, no ones discrediting what he CAN do, its what he lacks and the reality of the situation thats the issue bc not every game is a perfect scenario, and the fact without his items Lucky guy doesnt have much at all -so in a sense very easy to deal with, If you can kite well thats great but doesnt change the fact as a character he lives and dies by his items
