Lost count how many times I've watched it...but it's enough that I recognized buildings used in other scenes, see the few timeline errors there are (which isn't normally noticed), and recognize the extras. Yes the close of episode 3 is a bit brutal and not actually a biblical scene so you won’t really be impacted if you don’t see it. It’s literally at the end of the episode after you see everyone causing commotion to arrest Jesus. That’s where’d I’d say take them out. But spoiler alert. Someone dies. Pure entertainment though. Nothing biblical. Just a really sad scene

Please don’t fear monger people. We are not in the last days. We are far from it. Don’t scare people into believing in god. Let people embrace him when they are ready. Everybody is in a different season of their lives. Some people get saved from birth, some people get saved when they are elderly. Jesus did not force people to believe in him, he stuck out his hand and let them know when they are ready, he will be there.

I love this series and I will happily support it financially, but even though Dallas and group have taken creative license, we know the true story behind what happens, and I cannot bear to watch in a theatre. I will watch at home, in bed, hugging a pillow, crying into it. This is going to be a truly difficult season to watch.
