Leveling build but you're already have Paragon levels. It's more of a late game leveling build with legendary and using new temporing aspects we can add to our gear which is also late game

If I remember correctly, tempering was datamined and it wont be available till a later world tier. So how viable would this be to level without that Elemental Surge temper? Without it I think you're going to see a bunch of barbs charging around complaining about their ZDPS.

Everyone is presuming tempering is unlocked early enough or we have the aspects unlocked early. Maybe the PTR they gave us access to it all for testing, maybe we can't temper until wt4. Going to be interesting to see. If it is as per PTR its gonna be fun 😁

@@dominikladwig1124 Yes I have. You are talking about dust devils and not whirlwind. Whirlwind as a skill isn't doing any damage, whirlwind is only support skill used to proc dust devils or earthstikers for hota. The dust devils are doing all the damage. The dust devils are doing millions of damage and whirlwind is doing 500k if you have really good gear.

Basically the PTR in a nutshell = NERF THIS!!! According to Rob everything about Barbarian needs to be nerfed. What's the point of even looking at these builds when everything will be nerfed to pre-launch WW Barbarian, might as well play a sorcerer. By the time Season 4 launches everything will be nerfed to S3 unfun boredom.

I think you misunderstood me or I communicated it wrong. I generally think the powerlevel across ALL CLASSES is way too high compared to the monsters we are fighting even on the hardest difficulty.

Rob, please stop playing Barb. Spend some time with Sorc or any other class. Get superoverpowered, make the game look silly, and get those classes nerfed. Let us have one fun Season before you get the Barb nerfed even more.
