Hi, great video, there is currently a bug with spell cost. With TM spellcost show half of what you are actually spending. COP shows 4hp costs, but you lose 8hp per curse. Hope IM will fix this asap

@4:20 you can unselect a spell by selecting an empty slot, so if you want to block as a warlock, just bring 4 spells.

Feel like you have missed one of the most important things specifically for warlock. Spellbook has now the possibility to do Melee attacks. Which may sound meme at first, but in a "normal" non min-maxed -224 kit, a BoC hit with book can deal from 30% to 50% of someone's HP (the attack animation is entirely vertical, like Felling axes, so its almost guaranteed headshot). Besides this, great video!

Since the new resourcefulness equipment came out, dark offering is much easier to pull off. No need for heavy armor and it’s even possible under 125 gs. Give it a try, it’s quite fun.

One more thing is that book can melee now, which is actually pretty good for boc. The single hit boc damage is much higher than kris was,so it could be good for turning and whacking someone chasing you with fists out

I’ve always ran TM warlock with high ass movespeed because as long as you’re constantly cursing and hitting them all you have to do is self cast POS and you’ve got free 15 str/vgr

Pretty sure they changed that a few patches ago. TM still cost the same as before the wipe, only difference is the spell tooltip is bugged and only showing half the health cost per spell.

It seemed like they changed the MH/TM scale. Some spells like flame Walker and bolt seem like they cost less to cast, but also seems like you heal way less especially in lower gear. Anyone know if this is true?

Antimagic does not give flat Magic Damage Reduction. Antimagic gives a -25% Magic Power Bonus to incoming Magic Damage. It doesn't apply a single thing to your MDR, it just lowers the damage of incoming damage that then runs into your MDR and is reduced again. Kind of can't believe Euth doesn't know this despite very confidently incorrectly giving advice out.

@@Euthafroit give 25% magic resist not a flat 25%. Idk if u play warlock often so the original comment shouldn’t try to bash u as hard. But all top tier warlock players know this. If u want to check look at ur magic resist before u enter the dungeon, then look at it after u spawn in and u will see how much it goes up by. On average that 25% magic resist will give u an additional 5% maybe this wipe it might be even worse.

*you can block with CSWORD on lock with spells if you have a spell slot empty, just have to select the empty slot with spell select

Not sure if they reduced it for bosses too. Hellfire is still great as ever for pve though. The most noticeable thing is that life drain heals a little more

There are a lot of different ways to play, but if you want to be fast, try to wear lightfoot boots with a movement speed roll. If you want to tank, build vigor and max hp. For damage, additional or true damage is best
