It's so funny looking back on Frasier in Cheers now that I'm on the 10th season of Frasier. One standout difference between the two shows for me is that I feel like Cheers is a feel good show while Frasier possesses more depth. The theme song to Cheers really captured the essence of the show well about it being a place of recognition, warmth, and joy. When I watch Cheers I get a kick out of the goofiness and light exchanges between the bar patrons while with Frasier I really like the wit and sophistication of Frasier and Niles.
@SDoesNotKnow4 жыл бұрын
I think it was because Frasier truly was about him and his family thus allowing for real character development and growth. Cheers had that at the beginning but once Diane left, it became more of an ensemble show led by the story-jokes-concept than by driving the characters to develop and evolve in a serialized manner.
@NormAppleton2 жыл бұрын
