Apparently Crow got what he wanted. If you read the lore entry of the ship Unforseen Consequences, Crow was unknowingly talking to Riven disguised as Mara. The moment that Crow wished that he could take back killing Cayde and apologize to him, Riven granted his wish, and for the first time after god know how many years, it wasn't a monkey's paw kind of wish. Riven gave Crow a genuine wish because she also regretted manipulating him, hense why she chose Mara's image to console him. The final clue to confirm this being Riven is her final words "O brother mine."

The second I heard the track and saw the door, I had to do it right: Suros Regime (my first Exotic weapon), Young Ahamkara's Spine, Golden Gun, no Artifact mods. The thing I’m confused about is, how does Cayde know we killed Uldren? Like it happened way after he died and WAY before he was revived (presumably) in the final shape teaser we see ikora getting Cayde back up to speed on all of the things the guardian has done since his death, so it’s implied that he wasn’t aware of anything going on during when he was dead, so how was he aware of that? I mean it’s clear he could’ve just assumed the guardian went out and did that but it’s still confusing.

Riven itself. Ahamkaras can manipulate others by shape-shifting. The biggest giveaway on this is that there's a phrase at the end of the lore that only one person uses often and that person( creature to be exact) is riven. The theory going around with this lore is that when Crow mentioned Cayde to "Mara", there was a chance that he made an unexpected wish of bringing Cayde back to life. The possibility of the traveler bringing him back to life is there, but the lore from this exotic ship may have just opened a new possibility of how Cayde returned back to life.

The black heart itself isn't what you're fighting, it's the Vex. If you're expecting the black heart to attack, that's a bit of a misunderstanding of what the black heart actually is. It's just a failed attempt at recreating the Veil. If you're talking about the vex bosses you fight, I kind of agree with you. Although I'm largely unbothered by it. They at least added the minds of the precursor, modern and descendent Vex. Instead of them being standard vex minds. These minds play a role in synchronising each collective of Vex across time. It would have been nice if they gave them unique attacks though like you say, I would have loved that. But considering what they've done for seasons historically, idk if that's out of scope for a season and the timeframe they're forced to work with by the suits. They tend to do custom things like that in large DLC drops, it's very infrequent that they do them elsewhere. Maybe once they change to episodes they'll be able to have a bit more freedom in what they can do.

While I agree that it wouldn’t really make sense for the black heart to do anything I do agree that a more modern spin could’ve been more implemented. To the missions credit tho, the laser harpies and wyverns and overall massive increase to enemy density did add an element that I feel like the original mission in D1 was missing. Like I definitely felt like I couldn’t just stand underneath one of the platforms and rocket that bosses to death

Unless he doesn't really die in the Raid, and then his teal death comes in the campaign. That would be a reverse of what happened to Oryx. Oryx died permanently in the Raid, not the campaign. Because once the Raid is beaten, the campaign can continue

How do you get Restoration to last so long?

Heat rises + sunbracers and phoenix dive. And the fragment where solar weapon (his Zaouli’s) kills extend restoration applied to you. Consume grenade and dive to get resto and radiant, melee to kill and proc sunbracers, kills from heat rises extend it, and Zaouli’s extend resto. Other bits I’ve left out (like melee regen) but that’s the gist of it
