No, Hayasaka did not send the tweet. If you go back and look, you'll see that the hand on the mouse was free of make-up, whereas Hayasaka always uses nail polish (and is even shown wearing it later that same scene). Hayasaka would have zero reason to post it if she was already planning on helping Kaguya sneak out. It also seems that you missed the fact that the driver was one of the Ramen Emperors mentioned last episode. I only bring this up because paying attention to little details is going to be a lot more important going forward.

I always assumed it was Hayasaka and that it was just a visual mishap or something. I just don't see Kaguya being devastated about not being able to go would tweet about it and then go cry on her bed. But apparently it's been a huge debate about who sent it lol. And doesn't make much of a difference overall.

@@RichardLacosse91 It's worth pointing out that the one thing that makes people think Hayasaka was responsible (the shot of her standing next to the computer afterwards) is anime original. She is never shown anywhere near the computer at any point in the two chapters the segment was adapted from.
