I bought a brand new 1974 Charger SE when I was in the Army. I loved that car and I sure wish I had it now. I turn 70 this year and I've owned a lot of different cars. That Charger was always my favorite though. I had to sell it after I got married and had a kid and there was no work to be had in 1984. I'm disabled now so I can't do mechanical work anymore but the memory is still sweet.

Nice. I bought my 74 Charger in 1998 with 27k miles. Just a 318 2bbl now with only 49k miles. Plenty of vids of it on my channel if you want to go down memory lane.

I have been a Mopar fan all of my life and have owned four classics! My last car was a 1970 Dart! I purchased the car from a person who I do not know if they are alive today, but in the late 90's he sold me the car! He owned four warehouses full of vintage Mopar muscle cars and DeSoto's. He lived outside Knoxville, TN. He owned many rare Mopar's to include an all original 1970 Challenger TA!

To be honest as an Aussie i think the idea of doing retro customs like Alyssa has done with that Challenger and also continuing with your oem builds can only be a good thing for you all. Especially due to the quality of workmanship you are renowned for.

That wheel fitment on Alyssa’s Challenger is atrocious… I knew when they were test fitting them that they’re way too small especially on the front… could do spacers or just get a proper sized rim to fill up to the fender

I am glad Mark is finally fixing up a 70 charger like the original..I am surprised he has taken this long,but he has been busy.I would have liked to hear what the engine would be this time around.(and transmission)I know Mark knows but the reason the interior is over looked is that it is boring ,just is,and not noticed as much is paint color and drivetrain , that is always more interesting.Again looking forward to drivetrain selection! I am rooting for a crazy Larry ,dirty Marry 440! “Clown to Franklin !”

I really need your help. I'm working on two General Lee model cars. Can you tell me what color paint I need. Also, could you tell me where I can get the paint? Thanks, Mopar guru.
@ferdinand91036 ай бұрын
I am pretty sure when GYC was building their General Lee, they went over what actual color the car(s) was painted. The episodes are on the channel but if I recall correctly, they deducted that AMCs Big Bad Orange or another Manufacturers interpretation of Orange was the closest they could get to the original.
