Very useful, thank you. I have addressed most of my allergies by improving gut health. The one thing I still get is a blocked nose at night and in the morning. I managed to come off Sinex for a few months but have found myself needing to use it again lately. I make sure I only use it twice a day but saline solution is nowhere near as effective. Any alternative recommendations?

Our oestrogen levels plummet during menopause. Im exploring natural ways to increase my levels, definitely not wanting to lower them. Low oestrogen levels increase diabetes, heart conditions, cancer, and other life threatening diseases

We find a cold soaked chamomile tea bag really helps with the itchy, sore eyes!

Grains are inflammatory & nutrient void. I would opt for raw full fat milk.
