Oh, well done Dutch boys. I stumbled upon this video by accident. Congratulations. The car is excellent, a dream of dreams. I'm just the owner of the regular model in the civilian version 1.4 BXW type 6L1, we bought it new and installed an LPG kit, and we still sit down and drive with a smile. Your Ibiza is even better, it's great. You made a very nice video test.

I have the 1.6 6L with the FR package. Looks almost the same as the one in the video. Minus the spoiler and the wheels. I can't tell you guys enough. The car is actually really fun to drive. It's a small car which even the 1.6 with 105 hp is blazingly fast. This car is a fun daily and it is great as someone's first car. If you're looking to buy one, definitely go for it. You won't regret it.

Nice review I've had 2 ibizas of this generation including my first car. One was a fr but both were pd130 130bhp diesels

All depends on your driving style and if you care about mpg. My driving style suits diesels but I prefer the sound of petrol

Not the golf, not the polo, not the audi TT... I agree, best chassis for a 1.8t 20v 🙂 If I'm not mistaken, the TT also had some problems with the handling before putting stability control on all models

Yep. We also drove the TT and indeed, that was notorious for handling issues in the early days. Still fun cars tho

ive had the fr and ive had the 9n3 polo gti....give me the rare ibiza fr 1.8t 20v any day, infact ive just bought a 2006 ibiza fr 1.8t ive been looking far ages there so rare now

It is reliable the 1.8t? I have a tdi 130 fr and I saw a cupra to bought, I have a doubt. 1.9 tdi is really reliable!
