Just cleaned the dust off my Etrac last week after having it in the closet for about 8 years lol. Never realized how much I missed swinging the stupid thing!

Good job. Get you a small spray bottle to prevent scratches on coins. Keep your detector away from your shovel. The humming noise is distracting. Or turn down your volume. You are doing the right thing by not hurrying to pop the coins. Countless folks want to pop 200 year old coins out of the ground or plug way too fast.

It the threshold pitch of an etrac, just the hum needs to be there. I dont worry about the coins to much. I dont metal detect to try and get money for coins.

yeah, im sure its a great detecter, but, the Etrac is may favorite! It always pulls through for us! Have you ever used an etrac or CTX 3030? They are FINE machines. Thanks for watching!
