the anime likely will not cover this. despite not being a Guardian, in his True Form, Sebas is one of the strongest beings in Nazarick, even above Albedo, likely due to his race (dragonoid).

Comparing blue haired guy to Yami wasn't that bad, it's just that within this word, NPCs are very unlikely to grow to a point where they can be any challenge to anyone in Nazarick. Nazarick's existence is an existential horror to anyone within that world, the power difference is almost incomprehensible. In any other story, that dude would be Really Strong, but this is Overlord. Here he exists, like anyone around him, just to experience the final effects of the extreme power creep most MMOs sufffer throughout their lives.
