As an empath you feel what others feel (like you described) so when youre around a bunch of strangers and your soaking up their energies it can be very draining. For example, going to the grocery store, for me, is one of the most exhausting things I can do because of all the energies especially if there is negative energies in the crowd. A room full of strangers can be a very exhausting and anxiety causing situation for a true empath. This is exactly why many empaths are introverts.

Now, CPS would be at the house & we’d ALL be in foster care! Times have changed & in a way, I think the kids are too protected & thin skinned!
