I remember watching this special on Showtime years ago. It was one of the funniest, most relatable comedy specials I had ever seen, and I couldn’t believe I’d never heard of this guy! I DVRd next time it came on and showed everyone and anyone that came over, and everyone reacted the same way I did, not one ounce of fat on that entire special. Every joke landed and killed, everyone laughed their ass off like I did. Two things, we knew that we had to see this guy live, and that he was gonna be huge. We were lucky enough to get to go to see his next showtime special in Chicago and he absolutely blew up to be one of the biggest comedians in the world today! Well deserved, he is amazing Live! If you get the chance, highly recommend!

We d go to a club by a military base full of Puerto Rican soldiers who’d been locked up in basic training! That’s exactly how my husband of 35 years got me, he still has the napkin with my phone number on it.
