Let's go over this craziness if anyone wants to come up on the panel and explain some of this that would be great. I don't know why they put a warrant out automatically on a case for a PO unless the warrant is to serve them the documents.

Another thing…issue date was 7/26 her summons would be sent cert mail to her and prob would have arrived 7/29…she hightailed it to her moms that evening then bounced. She knows exactly when court is bcuz she was saying early on that she won’t be back to FL until “after court date”. Now if she misses court the judge could orde a bench warrant - same kind of thing like if you missed a court date for a traffic ticket. Only way more serious.

See in this latest video Betts thinks …well idk what rattles in the space above her neck…but Katie has all gone to judge, gave her evidence and from that judge issued the PO. It’s done. Ps- they would have ran Betty’s criminal history as well. That prob did now bode well for Betts (see I used “bode” proporly!)

Betty is incorrect about service. She doesn't have to be handed papers. She admitted in public that she knows, so therefore she's been served, I believe the judge will uphold the service.

On the ex parte, i noticed that it said, IF the abuser knows about the order. So does that mean a judge can issue a TPO without the abuser being present? I know it said a hearing would take place within 15 days of service but then it said in a couple of places if the person knows about the order like an order can be granted without the abuser possibly knowing about it so I’m confused on that. Maybe a judge already granted it since BHB lives in a different state and couldn’t be served? Ohhh don’t you know how pissed that would make BHB?? But if Kate showed enough evidence of videos that BHB made then I can see a judge granting the order without a hearing or did you say a hearing was set for Aug 8th?
