I buy mitts by the dozen. Nail brushes and backbrushes or scrubs. Everyday you are right Sebastian. Takes all dead skin off. I use the gloves with a sugar scrub or a bodywash scrub with it. I've been using this peppermint face wash by Sabon I love it. It's subtle smell wakes you up opens the eyes and clean the face no residue and not left dry. Of course after the shower Moisturize and lotion. Shea butter is good for the neck and sun damage. I'm a red head my neck was sun damaged over years. The one part sunscreen didn't work. I started using Shea butter a year ago and see a difference.

Everything Sebastian spoke about scrubs, getting rid of sun spots, stay out if the sun it's aging ! Moisturizers, spf, lids droopimg botox works for that, but all this crap & more as a girl have been doing all this stuff since I'm 13. Scrubs steams clay masks moisturizers hair treatments plus makeup the up keep on a body is worse than a car. Cleaning, shaving, snipping, cutting, tweeting, etc no break in the chain.

Today's was a side-splitting episode of the cast, guys! Seriously, though, the yearly full body skin scan by a dermatologist for those of us over 50 is a good idea. A few years ago during an annual physical exam, my primary care physician said that a mole on my leg looked "suspicious." He removed what seemed like a pretty significant "chunk" of my calf and sent it off to be biopsied. I spent the next three days waiting anxiously for the results of the biopsy, and was relieved to find out that "my margins were clear," meaning the doctor removed all the cancerous skin (leaving a small "divot" in my calf). A proper skin check is full body, scalp to bottom of the feet. Skin health is an aspect of overall health that should not be neglected.

Hey Sebastian Your doctor should have checked in between your toes, scalp, this is very normal. A lot of skin cancers grow on the head and can be the most dangerous and will quite often be scabby as they cannot be seen. Glad you are looking at your body and talking about it. Skin cancer is deadly as it goes right into the blood stream.
