No moving back to the same base after losing this much loot is a great idea because the raiders knows they already raided you and wont raid you again for atleast a little while. Plus you already got a head start as opposed to having to restart from nothing. Even if that head start is just a 2 by one, its about 3000 less stone you need to farm.
