Those seats remain empty. If you go through the SEBI 2018 recruitment docs, you can see that none of the sc/st people qualified for IT Engineer post. And these seats remained empty. Those reserved seats are never converted.

I don't understand why students do such blunders...No idea what they will do. You also know it's basic thing. Now forget about it....Focus on next exams.

i think it will be definitely evaluated. Because unlike in RC portion, In essay it was not explicitly mentioned to write the serial number before starting the essay. Even in pre exam instructions also it was not mentioned.
