Does the recruitment of lawyers in courts have reservation in India. I am not speaking about Judiciary. I want to know about lawyers.

It’s all merit based. You won’t see a law firm having reservations. That’s like MNCs having quota system

@@amartyapal2959 Do you mean Public Prosecutors? The ones who appear for the State. Wherever the government is conducting an exam there is a reservation naturally for the vacancies

@@LawDigestbyAyushi I am speaking about Divorce lawyers, Criminal lawyers etc. The lawyers who appear in Court. For example, Amish Aggarwala. He's a very famous Lawyer in Delhi High Court.
