To become sebi or rbi grade A/B officer is not a joke, lot of ppl cmntng on inhand is low. For their info no amy private comapny going to give such high package for freshers. And ofcourse that power and status of regulatory body. Just ímagine how ppl society would treat u when they came to know that u r officer at sebi. When u visit any stock broking firm how they will treat u..so cmnt accordingly. 24 ctc is huge for freshers.

I think that there are a lot of deductions. At first the salary seemed attractive but then slowly and slowly as you told the deductions ....it was like 140000 se 80000 pe le aaye.....Always remember GROSS se kabhi bhi impress mat hona ..NET dekhna phir reality pata pad jaayegi ... But I think the learning opportunities and personal development that SEBI provides is nowhere.....we may develop strong networks in the field and then after some years of working in SEBI shift to private sector with bulky packages. ....
