They made enough money with retailers already. So now they are on Mission" Save Retailers ". My personal thought is all these weekly colorful expiries will return soon enough. The taxation on higher side will remain. That will become double bonanza for the govt higher lotsize, higher turnover, higher tax govt will make very big money. Whatever!! If someone has decided to take this as a career, Risk Management is the only saviour. Thankyou for ur time and effort sir in explaining all this so clearly.

@@vijayck1271 Looks like all intraday leverages are going to be reduced which I think includes intraday equity leverages too. Not very sure though about equities in particular. However, this change is coming from Feb 2025 only.

New Rules are favouring high capital option sellers. But crushes lower capital option sellers. It's totally against small option buyers. But Month end Wednesday Thursday Friday will be crazy with weekly and monthly expiry. Now small option sellers might turn buyers and small buyers will put more money and guess what high capital option sellers win again.
