Both sides needs to be investigated. I am sure Hindenberg too had some big hands behind it. Adani too needs to be investigated. It is we the investors who lose money. Is lost some when adani shares fell. Hindenberg plays a big game targeting companies and insider trading of sort.

SEBI or even Adani himself doesn't know how many rules, regulations & laws have been broken to take Gautam Adani to such wealthiest position in such short duration of 8 years under Modi govt. I think SEBI which has been under Modi govt influence from last 8 years needs a new leadership. SEBI which was an extremely active body under Congress suddenly became a nonactive impotent independent body from last 7 years to hide the wrongdoing in Indian stock markets.
