Though you have mentioned everything so clearly, I still have a doubt in section 111 and other successding section as to magistrate. I want to know when an executive magistrate makes an order as it is mentioned in above said Section 111 what is the next procedure...... n second why we are talking about judicial magistrate whereas in preceding section he is not mentioned ...... I will be highly obliged of you could help me out.
