I have a query regarding section 403 of IPC Like if two friends A and B are going for a walk and then from the A's pocket his purse fall down and B sees that purse and takes it and in that 2000 rupees was there . He uses that 2000 for 6 hours and then. He return that purse with Rs 2000 to his friend A So he would be liable under this section ?
