Being raised in a fundamentalist country and years later discovering the Science of Kalam and the beautiful Sufi and philosophical work of our scholars made me furious! An oasis in the desert. The old books are there for those who do the 'old practice'. Without the practice to open experience and provide a platform for questions and answers what use are those old books that detail experience? Even more where are the contemporary books of experience? Did the overflowing stop?

If the speech of Allah is not created - is the Ruh / soul (breath of Allah) also uncreated ??

The speech of Allah is considered to be an attribute of Him. As such it is eternal and uncreated. I don't think that there is such an attribute as 'the spirit of Allah'.
