A quick trip after work to clear up some crows and it was definitely worth going out!
Hundreds of corvids in the area and the farmer wants them gone.
It was an action packed couple of hours and my second barrel certainly came in handy at times!

Congrats. If you ever feel (as I have experienced) that your new gun maybe kicks a bit harder than it should, I’ve found Blasers don’t have quite enough Pitch into their stocks. Try adding a few 5/16” washers between the top of the recoil pad and stock and tell me that doesn’t help tame things down. Enjoy your new gun

Young vs. Old bird (pretty sure you know that): the gums on the top of their beak are light coloured, pink when they're young and turn reddish to grey to dark grey when they get older.

If you don't know that they are ROOKS, and not crows, whether carrion or hooded, you probably should get educated. Shooting to kill and ignorant of your intended prey suggests AMATEUR!
