This is 2-tier AC, not 2nd Class. 2nd Class usually refers to '2nd Class Sleeper', that accounts for 80% of passenger volume. Above that is 3-Tier-AC & then 2-Tier-AC, referring to the number of bunks stacked over each other. Thats why 3-Tier AC is cheaper.

Hey I am a train guide if you want to have more good experience in Indian trains follow this instructions :- Always travel in these trains because these trains are high priority trains in India 1. Rajdhani express (travels from States capital to Delhi only) 2.Satabdi express (it's an intercity express sitting only for day travel ) 3.Durronto express(travels long distances having. Small stoppages) 4.Tejas express 5.vandebharat express. Always travel in AC1,AC-2 or in AC-3 you guys... (Important)

"India is not for everyone" is typical stereotypical biased image western media projects about our country. In reality, India is for everyone it's just foreign travelers need to well informed and aware while visiting India. You can find Modern State of the Art World Class Infrastructure and similarly rural countryside. There are 28 States and 8 Union Territories in India, and each are completely distinct and different from each other. It's like visiting different countries inside one Vast Sub Continental Size Country. Just like Texas is different from Hawaii, Alabama is different from Tennesse, South Carolina is different from Idaho, Alaska is different from California, similar in India, all States/Provinces are different from each other from landscapes, languages, cuisines, customs practices, climate, vegetation. So, my humble request would be kindly don't jump into conclusions without covering even 25 percent of our Country. There cleanest, hottest, coldest, rainiest, windiest, tropical, mysterious, haunted, ancient, etc. kind of places exist in India. Even our own compatriots are not fully aware about what tourist places exist in our own country. We are not perfect country; however, we are improving with course of time, since India is fastest growing economy and 5th largest economy in the World and member of the G-20 Countries Club.

Hi Saurav! I appreciate this comment and you're right. One of the things we love about India is the unmatched diversity, so you're absolutely correct in that there is something for everyone. Perhaps I misspoke. Still, I do think it's a challenging place to visit and just like those states you mentioned, travel is so subjective so people will naturally prefer some places to others, even if they are the most diverse in the world. That said, you made me think and I'll phrase it differently next time. We love India so much; I just wish there was more universal tourism infrastructure to make it a bit easier for people to come give it a try, because as you conveyed, almost everyone could find something special about this place. @@StephandPete Thanks so much for replying back. Our Current Government is emphasizing a lot for the improvement of tourism infrastructure however a lot need to be done. Bundi is a sleepy Historical Town, which I am glad that you explored, otherwise majority of tourist visit Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner. Even in Rajasthan State, there is a popular place called Mount Abu Town and current temperature over there is zero degree. Southern (Hadoti and Vagad Regions) of Rajasthan is lush green vegetation, while North of Rajasthan State is Arid Thar Desert and Aravalli Hills Range. So, within a one State of India, one can observe diverse climate and temperature, similarly now it's Winter Season going on India and hence there are plenty of Snow-Capped Mountainous destinations across North and Northeastern States of India.
