Second day of Anti-Anxiety/ PTSD Meds

I’ve contemplated not posting these so many times. The day that this is posted I will have been on medication for one month and one week. I am alive and well! Lol. Despite feeling so much internal confliction on this maybe being harmful and for sure being scary. Mental health is not by any means a one size fits all and neither is medication. I will eventually be more open to making more videos going into more depth as I feel like we glamorize a lot on social media when much of life is stressful and shitty and scary and not really portrayed for what it is. I have linked resources down below for various causes to poor mental health. By no means are these the main or only causes but hopefully it is a place to start for those of you.
