CIVIC is not up to market competition now. Virtus/SLavia/Verna offer 1.5 turbo and offer good drive experience. You can buy them at around 18L for manual variants. Honestly with other cars offering better specs, CIVIC loses its appeal. Unless CIVIC comes with a 1.5L + turbo with output >150 bhp and around 300NM of torque, IT IS NOT WORTH BUYING NOW

It's a damn shame, the global versions come with a 1.5T with 180hp. We own the civic 2019, it's not as bad as they claim it to be. It's dynamics and steering are unmatched The gearbox is a shame, no idea why they didnt just offer a manual
