The Bettr condition one like r15 v4 n Rs200 bs4 , In Mon u DNT need to pay more than 55,000 n without proper license.., wit 35k to 40k u can easily owned packing r15 n rs200. cos many people prefer dis type in Mon. Just recently my frnd told me to bring my ktm to dimapur bt I couldn't as I was in a very urgent need of money so, I sold it for 68 k 0nly 7mnths old aftr I purchase from jorhat show room.
