Second Homicide Victim Found in Rubble of Mobile Home Fire | Santa Ana

06.15.2022 | SANTA ANA (CNS) - A second body has been found in the rubble of a mobile home fire in Santa Ana, authorities said Wednesday, adding that the fire was intentionally set.
Crews responded to the fire at 10:14 p.m. Friday in the 5000 block of McFadden Avenue, and they knocked down the flames in about 30 minutes, Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Greg Bradshaw said earlier.
During an initial search of the site, the body of a male victim was found, according to fire and police officials.
According to Santa Ana police, an investigation into the fire determined that the blaze had been intentionally set. On Tuesday, investigators returned to the home to conduct a follow-up search of the site, and the body of a female victim was found under the debris, police said.
Both deaths are being investigated as homicides, according to police. The victims have not been identified.

@@lisasanchez1097 must be overwhelmed with emotions, so sad and angry. some years back a friends mom died right before he got released from jail, he had no other family, he did not know what to do. but before he got out of jail someone there with him told him to check the bible out and said BIBLE = basic instructions before leaving earth. i sat with him as he went through different pages reading them out loud. i can tell you it works and will help deal with grieving while nothing else makes sense....RIP to you cousin and prayers to his son and family.

This was a homicide. The man shot and killed was part of our family. Don’t just think because it’s a trailer that they were using drugs. This was not the case.
