Just can't get my head around how peeps love pole fishing... all that work for tiny fish that give no fight worth talking about... shippin & out for hours... 😕 Being irish, I don't see many here on the pole.. quivertipping seems to be the popular mode (I love me tippin) only seems to be the british lads pole fishin here ... Anyways, I love to watch other people fishin when I'm sitting at home... makes me feel like I'm out there with ya's, instead of getting up off my arse and getting out meself... to be fair, my nearest maggot shop is a bloody hour away so it doesn't exactly encourage spontanaity ..... 🙄😂 You got a new sub & like, May... and I subbed to Adam a couple months ago... 2 very genuine down-to-earth anglers ... 🤗 Tight lines my friends !! 😎👍☘️🍻

Well done on catching what you did may considering you were pestered by pike in your swim most of the time and then seeing that big perch once you stopped fishing even though if you caught that perch in a match it would of counted. Good luck in your upcoming match on the canal dear 😊❤

A Pike will definitely eat a Perch, the spikes on the Perch will not save it. I have had a 10lb+ Pike grab a Jack of 3lb or so before, they are cannibals as well as predatory. Sorry you're little Roach got eaten. That 4lb Perch would eat the small Roach too if it got at them. Another great May Potter video, keep it up 😊

I love punch and crumb fishing although i think its not a method that holds the fish in a particular swim and i approach it a little different. instead of a cad style pot, i cut a disc and attach the same way you would a pot. I dip the disc in water then dab the crumb on it so its a light offering, then dab the disc on the surface of the water to release it. great for fishing through the layers.
