Nono G He might be concealing that in this workout. Wlad is a very intelligent boxing veteran. He knows not to show too much tactic in the Media workouts. If you watch behind the ropes you'll see that Klitschko went rounds with big guys and small, fast guys where he couldn't throw punches, just use his footwork and head movement to not get hit. No headgear for him either.

That's why I wonder if the game plan for Joshua will be to smother and overwhelm Klitschko early to get the fight over with as soon as possible.

Klitschko is not easy work for anyone, so those that say AJ is going to run through Wladimir are being overly optimistic. With that being said I think Joshua is an excellent rising star. This is a big step up for him and I'm excited to see how the handles himself. All in all this is a Heavyweight fight that im excited for, first of many I hope.

Wlad does look amazing. Urge caution though. Boxers, particularly big hitters, fight differently against pads, principally because you can let your hands slip fluidly knowing instinctively that nothing is coming back from another big hitter. But none of his opponents have been even remotely close to Klitchko level, and Joshua nearly got spanked by Dillian and struggled putting Breezeal away. He still has a lot of speed. I am concerned with his coiled up stance though. He will need to stay very close to Joshua to maximize his ability. Based on what I see here anyway. The other thing I see as well is his defense. As talented and experienced as he is, it seems that he suffers from what most do over time and much success which is, THEY KEEP DROPPING THERE DAMN HANDS! If he doesn't work on protecting his face more then he will get rocked if not K.Od with a heavy counter from Joshua. His defense is the biggest issue for me.

the longer the fight goes on the more danger wlad will be in, plus can Klitschko take 9-10 rounds of pure battering ram punishment? I can clearly see that Wlad is looking to take this the distance with AJ 100%, he is in great shape physically and mentally he is ready, but if he thinks AJ is going to allow him to dictate the speed of the fight then he is sadly mistake, i havent seen anyone take into consideration AJ's level of fitness, AJ is far fitter then wlad, klischko believes his experience against powerful fighters will give him the upper hand, he fails to realise that AJ not only has power, he has speed and stamina, enough stamina of which to more then keep up with him.

By the way I don't rate either boxer but the heavyweight division has been lacking in a dynamic fighter for years. Fury exposed Klitchko for the lumpen slow plodding boxer that he has always been.
