WHAT RYAN DID WAS SNEAKY AND HE SHOULD GIVE HANEY AN IMMEDIATE REMATCH. HE SAID YES TO THE REMATCH IN THE RING INTERVIEW AND WHEN HE LEFT THE RING, HE SAID HE DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE HANEY A REMATCH. Correct. Haney nominated the penalty of $500,000 per pound over and Garcia paid. End of story. They both knew before the fight that Garcia couldn’t win the title and Haney couldn’t lose it.
