Small ice cream machines like that require you to put a container/bucket I first before the liquid so it's easy to get the ice cream out of the machine and also make it easier to clean. Keith didn't do that so it wasn't contained at all and just fell through the machine.machine machine.

I genuinely love this show more than Without A Recipe. They’re both amazing shows from the Try Guys, but PII having the chefs improv the presentation of their creations is just a fantastic idea and brings so much comedy to it. It is ridiculously funny.

I just need to say, bc i thought about it a lot. If i were one of the chefs I'd give them a very quick, basic, run through of the process at the beginning so they wouldn't be so completely lost when the call gets cut off. Unless the producers tell them to not do that specifically, it feels like a missed opportunity
