Over the years I have heard/seen Nick Grimshaws name.....had no idea what he actually did but this show has been an eye opene, Nick is just fantastically endearing, I enjoyed each episode and think he should do more chat/interview shows, he's a born natural for it, well done !

I’m from across his pond so I didn’t really know him either. I first saw him on the British X Factor as a judge during the 4th Power performing Bang Bang where Nick was wildly gesticulating but perfectly captured how excited everyone was who were watching. I remember thinking, ‘Who IS this guy?!’

This was the perfect start to my single alone at home Christmas, two years in a row and still counting! The downside to having a great marriage and raising 2+ kids is that eventually one of the old geezers will pass and the kids will feel secure enough to build new lives together across the country and across the globe. Know they are well and happy makes your Christmas better and hopefully your spouse transitioned to a happier place!!! When it is my time to go, I anticipate him waiting for my arrival and also seeing my parents and grandparents when I arrive! Merry Christmas from one loner to another and I hope your day is FILLED with warm fizzies!!!

This video series of the podcast was my number one watch of 2024. I absolutely love British everything and seeing my favorite actors in this relaxed setting with Angela and Nick, so personable and funny, and getting to hear all about the food likes and dislikes... seriously the only thing that could make it better is longer, more frequent episodes, with an Angela cooking show component so we can see, even just in bits and pieces, how to make the dishes.
