It has higher damage overall and a slow before upgrading for slightly longer time dealing damage. Dazzling Gleam needs to be reworked otherwise it's just 9/10 a worse option compared to Double Slap.

I faced the most cancer lane trio ever today. You didn't read that wrong. There were 3 ppl top lane all game. Sing/Double Slap Wiggly, Surf/Hydro Cannon Blastoise and Teleport/Future Sight Mewtwo. I got stunned for so long that I watched my great grandkids graduate college before my death timer appeared.

I love playing wiggly, she has great secure with double slap and deals solid DMG to enemies with sing shred. Roll Out is also a great move but takes a bit of practice to use effectively, buffed sing combos really well with shedinja doll to safely CC enemies in team fights. Unfortunately the unite move even with the buff is still bad. Everyone and their dog is playing sp.attackers with slick spoon or HP scaling DMG so those shields don’t last long. Long, immobile cast animation means the user’s own shield will pop before the move can finish casting. Umbreon makes Wiggly’s unite move worthless since he can just unite and steal the entire team shields and CC protection. The only thing it’s really good for is giving you temp hp. And Dazzing Gleam feels like a shitter double slap, both moves do the exact same thing but DS has better secure, DMG, and slow(Dazzling Gleam doesn’t even slow until lvl 11). There is never a reason to DG over DS. Tbh Wiggly’s unite move and Dazzling Gleam needs to be reworked OR buffed in a more significant way. The unite move should give bigger shields and have a faster Cast Time or maybe rework it into a zone around wiggly that give’s unstoppable to allies that fight inside the zone for x seconds. Dazzling Gleam could be changed to a stun move like A9’s. That way it could stand out more from double slap as an actual choice instead of being a weaker version of the same move.

sing slap and sing gleam are both totally fine

So the thing with slap is, it's rng based. Some times you get 4 hits, sometimes you get 5, or 6..etc. With Gleam you know at least you get a certain %of chunk damage each time

I have respect for all wigglers because unless you have a horrible team or steal all the last hits purposefully, wiggly never gets MVP, since he cant heal, isnt tanky, and besides from Gleam's big hit that can finish enemies, has no damage potential.
