Have you considered sharing the recipe for small batch recipes when you make the kettle batch so those of use who have the Whirly 6 Quart popper can follow along. Thank you. 😊

A terrific question! We do have a recipe book available for free for the 6 quart Whirley pop. You can get it at www.popcorngenius.com/get-recipes We are also planning to do some videos in the coming months demonstrating making these flavors using a stove top popper, so definitely coming soon. Thank you so much for watching and for commenting!! We really appreciate it.

How do you clean all your equipment?

For our kettle we use Heat and Kleen - amzn.to/4hy0A43 . It works very well. That along with some old fashioned elbow grease. Thank you for watching!

I’ve had mushroom kernel look like butterfly also when my oil was not hot enough to explode it
@PopcornGeniusАй бұрын
That is very true. If it's not hot enough they don't pop to their full potential. Thank you so much for sharing and for watching!

Does the popcorn used in oil last longer than if you airpop it. I do my caramel on the stove from scratch and in the oven.. is there a big difference in taste..

I'm not sure of the shelf life depending on air pop or oil pop. I would think it could be fairly similar. Making caramel from scratch is much better than using an off the shelf product. We make homemade caramel popcorn as well, but sometimes it's much easier to use this product. I would say the coating is different and the flavor is slightly different as well. Thank you for watching!!

It looks like you used butterfly kernels instead of mushroom kernels?
@PopcornGeniusАй бұрын
That's strange that it looked like that in the video. We did use the mushroom kernels in this. We use the Gold Medal Monster corn. Typically we only use butterfly sometimes when making butter popcorn. Thank you so much for watching!!
