SECRET INVASION TRAILER BREAKDOWN! Skrull Civil War & Super Skrull Experiment Explained

Marvel has released a new Secret Invasion trailer giving us a new look at Nick Fury, Talos, Maria Hill, Emilia Clarke's character G'iah and the new Skrull resistance leader Gravik. Nick Fury says he has to fight this war without the Avengers, trying to stop the Skrull from taking over the most powerful organizations on earth and eventually earth itself.

Here’s what I think this is my theory …. I think Nick Fury of course has back up plans and I think he’s been keeping tabs on EVERYTHING and I also think he’s been keeping tabs on the where abouts of his Agents of Shield, so when things get really really dicey he’ll call in the agents of shield and reunite to stop this invasion it would be a great full circle for Coulson return and help Nick fury face the skrulls again

Coulson would have to be the MCU's version of Machine Man. But with a 6 episode series, running 30-45 minutes each, I doubt he will be in this. If the rumors are true about Quake showing up, I hope she's a cameo appearance up on the space station.

@@Sacration Retirement?? Quake will probably have a cameo appearance like in an episode. I can see her getting the soft reboot treatment like Kingpin on the Hawkeye series or like Daredevil in NWH. I doubt will be the project where MS will go in depth with an inhuman.

Interesting indeed, because even in the comics or cartoon.. it's Kang The Conqueror who speaks to The Avengers regarding bringing them the technology needed to thwart off the Secret Invasion of the Skrulls....so yes, definitely interesting to see what this storyline and spin shall be here.

Theory: Back in the first trailer in Secret Invasion, if you pause at the moment that two people break into a room for a case, you can see on the left says A-R4, which think could represent the Shi'ar Empire, one of the alien species that Fury would go against.

As much I'm pumped for this, I have a feeling I'm not going to like the Skrull resistance, which is so annoying that they think they're better than humans, smarter than humans, and so on. I have to be honest Marvel has really returned to form with this outing. Feels grounded but also has it's cosmic background I'm just ready to find out all the twists and turns and all the questions we're going to be left with. Now right away before we even start I can't remember the name of this actor I did hear about it somewhere but I suggested for a while that it looks like he would play Super skrull. It would kind of make sense that he's leading this kind of skrull resistance. Well this trailer just confirmed what I thought because there's only one person who can stretch their hand like that and its super skrull. I kind of hoping he would have had you know thing arms like he does in the comics but maybe this is before he absorbs the Fantastic Four powers
