14:00 _Thesis..._ Not Hegelian, Marx-ish. The latter regresses to Spinozistic materialism (the Absolute Finite of Man in the image of his Creator in isolation is now 'like unto gods' and himself as the sole sentience in the materium the only 'god' as such, his own salvation-- we see this recapitulated with talk of Israel itself floated as the 'moshiac' as such ...) The _thesis-antithesis-synthesis_ shibboleth came to the English speaking world from a secondary work on Schelling and became conflated with German Idealism in general. PachaPapà in this schema views the Catholic Church as a vehicle for universalist perennialist-nominalism, aiming at progressive syncretization (i.e. _convergence strategy_ as applied to so-called 'spiritual science') in a farce ecumenical Bed of Procrustes. Per actual Hegel, the foundation of _Objective Freedom_ proceeds from Subjective Spirit's worldly actualization & apogee in Christian Religion/The Church, as in the moral community (of souls), which in turn gives content to The State which discovers ever higher resolution of Natural Law to mediate between persons-- all of this is the true object of _demoralization,_ because they are the _'superstructure of false consciousness'._ Perforce, The Enemy here is the late Sov. strategy of *convergence,* 'The Scissors', which ratchets the frame of reference out of moral/spiritual/intellectually honest alignment, and not anything remotely resembling _dialectic_ Greek, German or otherwise. Read Marx's _The German Ideology,_ Gramsci's _Prison Notebooks,_ and the Defector Literature; then compare against Hegel's Philosophy of Religion Lectures (Hodges' translations, or his commentary if time is an issue). You'll find a friend in the latter and exactly what the former misappropriated and bowdlerized and reverse engineered for lawlessness. Calling this out is a point of intellectual pride and a narcissistic injury for these types' intellectual stolen valor routine-- they are cunning, but all it takes is a familiarity with the primary source material. The following will serve as good QRDs Peter Hodgson, _Hegel and Christian Theology; and _Theologian of Spirit._ (natural secondary literature introduction for Christians.) Wallace Stace's _The Philosophy of Hegel._ (very efficient short overview) O'Regan, _The Heterodox Hegel;_ and _The Hermetic Hegel,_ by Magee. (Christian Kabbalah, Jacob Boehme, and Neoplatonic influences & Swabian intellectual culture context & influence) Harris', _Hegel's Ladder._ (extensive commentary) 15:40 _Supercession._ They abrogated the covenant and killed His Son. The 'dual' alternative looks like the very young heresy of British planted Dispensationalism (A. Crowley's family was of the original *Plymouth Brethren* sect; food for thought). Legions of Saints would run afoul of EU incitement speech 'crimes'. They constantly agitate for the New Testament _to be censored_ (like in rouge-China). The (___)daizers insisting on being a special intra-group caste of Super Christians was and remains a source of tension since antiquity.

The circumstances surrounding Pope Benedict’s abdication have always been quite clear. He was presented with a dossier, which he had commissioned, setting out the matters which would have to be dealt with urgently if the Church was to survive. Most of these related to the decision made by the Church in the 1980s onwards to attract seminarians by setting up homosexual clubs there and to attract into the Priesthood not men willing to give up sexual fulfilment in marriage to pursue a higher calling, but to attract in men wanting to gratify their homosexual desires in an environment protected (and financed) by the Church. Pope Benedict appreciated that this decision had resulted in the explosion of sex abuse cases which was threatening to destroy the Church. He also accepted that, as Prefect of the Holy Office and later as Pope he was personally responsible for much of this. He did what every other Prelate in the Church did - buried his head in the sand and locked the dossier away in a drawer. His Butler decided that the good of the Church required the contents of the dossier to be given to the press. So, we had the “Vatileaks” scandal. Once again, Pope Benedict followed the route of denial - attack the messenger and deny the problem. So, he had his Butler arrested, tried and imprisoned for acting in the best interests of the Church. Eventually, the strain became too much for Pope Benedict, and he ordered his Butler to be released and he then abdicated. He then lived a life of prayer and penitence. In his final book, “What is a Christian” (which the Church has done everything it can to suppress) he formally confirmed that setting up these homosexual clubs in seminaries was deliberate policy, as was the associated culture of deceit and secrecy. Pope Benedict resigned because he knew he was a failure and that his failures had destroyed the lives of so many young men - both the abusers, who were encouraged by the deliberate policies of the Church and the abused. He spoke often, with horror, of “these dreadful crimes” and the Holy Spirit convicted him of his complicity in these crimes. To his credit he remained true to the Faith and never taught error. He never sought to argue, as the German Bishops do, that good is evil or evil is good. He always assumed that the Faithful were reasonably intelligent - that they would understand why he abdicated - that he was making a point, in favour of the Truth - that it was no longer possible for the Pope to be a good, Catholic, Christian in the modern, corrupt, decadent, Church and that the Church now needed a “man for all seasons” who would bend to the spirit of the age, gain the whole world, but lose his own soul. A Pope who would be applauded by Communists and Muslims for destroying their ancient enemy, the true Church of Jesus Christ. The Church found someone willing to fill the role.

From day 1 I felt Benedict had not resigned to his annointing to an office which is for life, one that was established by Our Lord and Savior, the only one of its kind. By his "resination" he delegated his administrative duties but not his pastoral duties. If you recall, after Bergoglio was selected, he himself asked that he not be called Pontiff, but instead to be referred to as "Bishop of Rome". I am no expert on this matter and do not know what rituals and sacramental processes are followed. However, I suspect Bergoglio may have skipped over some of those pertaining to the functions Benefict had retained, which then begs the question of whether he is pope or not...and whether Peter's chair is vacant or not.

How much clearer is it? Few think Pope Francis is a good or suitable man to be pope. However only the Cardinals and bishops can depose him AFTER his death. Francis will be judged by his actions, words and writings. I can assure you damning assessments of his false teaching once he is dead because Francis will not be able to punish them. A new Pope will not be able to forbid it. Yes there has been a process to dismantle Christianity in its application in society and life. This is from Catholics infecting the Church with ideas from secularity.

Degenerate and vile priests go about espousing falsehoods and living illiral liveds and are not defrocked or laicized. No one faces censure, consequences, nor penalties for grave transgressions against the Faith. Too many Catholics conflate acedia with true adherence. On p. 214 of INTRODUCTION TO CHRISTIANITY, Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, who was to become Pope Benedict XVI, describes the notion of an immortal soul as “obsolete"---so how could he ever be considered in any sense a "Traditional Catholic"?
@MichaelHowardMonroeАй бұрын
In his encyclical Spe Salvi (2007), Benedict XVI discusses the Christian hope of eternal life, emphasizing the personal, eternal communion with God that believers anticipate after death. He articulated that the soul survives physical death and will ultimately be reunited with a resurrected, glorified body at the final judgment.
@charlessuptonАй бұрын
If he changed his mind, why didn't he withdraw INTRODUCTION TO CHRISTIANITY from publication, or else revise it? (Maybe he did and I'm not aware of it.) But I tend to see this as one more example of the Novus Ordo tendency to speak out of both sides of the mouth, to sow ambiguity and contradiction as well as heresy---not to create a false theology but to invalidate the very idea of theology: "Doctrine divides, action unites." Likewise Francis in an interview with Vatican Radio that was on the Vatican website for years said "God does not exist" (though the 3 Persons of the Trinity do). But I'm sure than in plenty of other places he speaks of God as a reality. The effect of this ambiguity is not to enforce a false doctrine but to deconstruct the concept of doctrine itself, to spread not heresy but nihilism. A heretic asserts a false truth; Francis (and possibly Benedict) essentially say "there is no such thing as truth---no such thing as Christ, that is, who said 'I am the Truth'." This is pure postmodernism; if the Vatican is pursuing "aggiornamento," it will need to be as postmodern as possible.

Canon law lists specific requirements to obtain an annulment for a marriage. Canon law also lists specific requirements for the resignation of a pope. When it comes to a marriage annulment, Canon law must be followed strictly. Why would anyone think that Canon law does not have to be followed strictly when it comes to the resignation of a pope?
@Lancer-y5gАй бұрын
An annulment is just an opinion and can be in error. It is not infallible. A Catholic tribunal burned Joan of Arc at the stake. You are living in a fantasy world if you deny the annulment scandal in America since the 1970’s. Several US diocese have a 100% finding of nullity with their tribunals. The church can be in error.

I do not believe this is accurate. A pope resigning is not a sacrament. There is no special procedure in the code, as far as I know.

Wow! Blessings to you-thank you for your comment. However, I believe Pope Benedict XVI displayed the virtues of Fortitude, Wisdom, Humility, Fear of the Lord, Compassion, Knowledge & fulfilled the Holy Will of Our Lord Jesus Christ! I was extremely Blessed to have been a pilgrim at World Youth Day 2005 with Pope Benedict XVI, the same year of St John Paul II’s Death. Throughout my lifetime, both Benedict & John Paul II have significantly touched my heart & blessed my Faith. In saying this though, I hold extreme fondness & respect for many Popes pre Vatican 2, but both Benedict XVI & JP2, will always remain Special in my eyes. Hallelujah

With this new information it still sounds like there are pieces missing. Somethings do not connect. Still remember when Francis went and met with Pope Benedict 16th after he moved into his cottage. That expression on Benedict, he looked a bit ashamed. At least that what I seen. I still think there are pieces missing. I think this whole started 11 years ago.

No Pope has ever been perfect. Consider Pope Pius IX. Expelled from his dominions by the Roman Revolution of 1848, he was advised by holy advisers to remain in exile until the Roman people invited him to return. Then, he was presented with temptation. The French Emperor, Louis Napoleon, a ruthless and treacherous self serving adventurer, who had sent French troops to Italy, with the original intention of preventing the return of the Pope to power, changed his mind and decided that, instead of handing over the Pope’s territories to King Victor Emanuel II in the hope of an alliance with him against Austria, he would simply take the States of the Church for himself. He restored the Pope to power as a mere puppet, subject to the authority of a French Governor-General. He stripped the Pope’s territories of their resources - he even ordered the Roman Mint to debase the silver currency, which resulted in the States of the Church being unceremoniously expelled from the Latin Monetary Union. Then, when he went to war with Prussia, he withdrew the French garrison and the Pope was finally forced from his abject position as a powerless French puppet ruler. He was fortunate not to be lynched by the Roman mob - fortunately King Victor Emanuel II arrived in time to restore order.

Christ said that the gates of hell of would never prevail against the assertion of his church, but he never laid mention about the gates of his church, or whether they would ever be breached. Buddha did not want women to enter into his order because he wanted his religion to last at least 500 years. He finally gave into their desire to get onboard, but perhaps his strong warning helped form greater ladies, guided by ego free enlightenment.
