Love the skin tones on this guy, Mandy! Picked up the Reaper red hair triad and been liking that.

Nice! And thanks, I'm glad you like it. Reaper triads are good, but I like to push my contrasts higher than they allow. I'm also getting into a new style of painting, which I'd what you are seeing with the skin tone where you use different colors for different tones. Once I'm better at it, I'll make a video on it.

Very well done! The hair looks good! Your color choices are interesting too. Good call on staying away from orange since it is rarely seen in real life. The real story I see is the skin tone! Phenomenal job on him! I never would have gone with so many pink tones but it works very well. Also Your narration is very good clear and does not feel drawn out. Not every painting channel can say that.

​@darthcleveland1631 Thanks! Yes, thar is a new skin tone technique im learning and when I know it, I will make the video on it. I do like to know what I'm talking about.. usually anyway. Lol. I blame Ben for editing to make me sound like so good. He cuts out all the times I sound bad. 😂

Great stuff. Your minis are awesome. Just found you channel here. Very cool. D&D and miniatures since 1981.( I was 16 then). I still paint, and my wife and I are currently in a D&D campaign, living up here in the U.P. It’s nice to see others like ourselves. 😁👍🏼

Yeppers! Yooper indeed. Way up by Calumet. I’m starting a dwarf cleric. Keirrin Redbeard. So, the red hair vid sure does help. Gonna use Reaper’s triad paints for red hair. As a start… some washes after. You are an inspiration. 👍🏼😁
