I've eaten loquat but just as a fruit. Mama prepares it so uniquely. I've eaten boiled rice balls, but not stuffed. The steamed loquat dish was making my mouth water 😋. She's quite the chef. Grandma looks so young; always helping. She is such a doll. Thank you for sharing

Hello there. I have not eaten loquat. I love your Ma. She's so adorable.😍😍😍We make something similar in India too where a rice ball is stuffed with coconut and jaggery mix. We add a dash of cardamom too. It is called Kozhakattai. Can be steamed and fried as well. Any fruit stuffing like the one you have made with jaggery can be used. Bananas. Jack fruit etc.

I'm in FLorida, USA. Loquats grow in South Florida to Central Florida, I have a tree behind my house! I don't know any recipes, we just eat them! I usually eat the skin, too. These are bigger and a darker color, the ones that grow here are more yellow. They are very fragrant and sweet, children like them. Maybe the Chinese ones are getting more chicken fertilizer? They look good.

I like to watch this kind of country life esp in China that the country is so huge . They are gardener & farmer that plant various type of fruits & vegs. I have seen few channel of this kind of life that amazed me the most and variety food preparation never seen. Most of the old peoples live linger live due to they eat all organic food and rear their animal stocks like 🐔🐷🐐🦢 and do faults. Their foods are delicious and so do they preparef sweets too.
