Classic Thief-level secret. Makes sense since Deus Ex is also made by the people who did Thief: The Dark Project/Gold and II: The Metal Age (also, Deadly Shadows, but in a woefully limited sense).

Oh god, I haven't played this game in.....forever!! I have both regular version and the GOTY (Game of the Year) edition of Deus Ex. The CD for the regular version is, for some reason, won't work when I tried to install it a few years ago. Now I need to find the GOTY version (it's lying around my brother's room SOMEWHERE). Anyway, I don't remember finding this room in the training facility since I haven't played it in awhile. But I think I did find it first time.

haha holy shit. never even realised that existed. god damn i love deus ex, just reinstalled for my 3rd playthrough and i'm so hooked, i have Crysis: Warhead, Spore and oodles of other games, and still nothing draws me back in like Deus Ex.

It certainly bears the name of Deus Ex 3, but its arguable if it is even remotely as great as number 1. For what i have read, it would seem that its some sort of mix of halo, CoD and deus ex. Not so much with deus ex tho, developers think that original had too much dialogue and too litle action. Oh sorry if i broke someones dreams. I dont like it either. But hey, theres good news aswell! Spector is working on new game, that should be spiritual follower of first deus ex.
