You can tell Loni was hurt by Tamar's reaction. Her ingratitude and immaturity was not cool. Jeannie almost acted like a brat too, but when got the gift she wanted she appreciated it. Loni, Tamera, and Adrienne were sweet about theirs. I respect them for that. This segment was very telling

To be honest, I kinda disagree. Usually I'm all over Tamar at her rude responses (esp. to Jeannie), but in this case she was kinda on point. She has a right to want to be celebrated independently of her baby, and SHE DID REALLY THANK LONI for the gift and that she would give it to Logan. For example, I know women during baby showers who would feel hurt that all of the gifts were for the baby, and none of them were for her (i.e., some perfume, a nice scarf, etc). I think Tamar getting upset afterwards may have been a bit much, but she is more than somebody's mother, and she should feel celebrated as such.

This is actually very uncomfortable to watch. From Jeannie screaming about a gift card, to Loni constantly interrupting Jeannie explaining her gift, to Tamar asking where her "real" gift was and seeing the disappointed look on Loni’s face. They NEVER need to do anything like this again, it makes them all except for Tamera look either ungrateful or like a mean girl. When you watch the video back and see them draw the names out of the hat it really highlights how much Tamar dislikes Jeannie. There is no rule that says you must love your co workers but I think that there is such a thing called professionalism. If they keep this up I wonder how long this show will stay on the air. Very sad.

jdk37 I've always thought their dislike for Jeanie stems from her being more seasoned on television thanks to her past experience as a host for the Style Network and her being more believable as a fashion guru. I remember doing the pilot when Tamar said she disliked Jeanie when they first met and Loni pointed out it was more than likely because Jeanie is a seasoned fashionista (paraphrased) and that's how Tamar always thought of herself. Then, on the video where they were all excited to have been picked up, Loni asked Jeanie how it felt and referenced that this is Jeanie's 100th show (paraphrased). As time has gone on over the season, something that I've noticed is that Jeanie is the one who really fits into her role here on the show, be it with Mai Picks or discussing topics, she is always being naturally herself and sharing her experience in a way that makes it easy to relate to her. Sure, sometimes you may cringe at her wording or her memories that she is sharing, BUT with her, you feel like she's giving you her "REAL" self, which her more relatable because I'm sure there are women out there who are trying to be career orientated and who may be sacrificing their marriages for this purpose. This is a stark difference to what I see with some of the other women. To me, Loni always exaggerates, Tamar is just extra so even when she gives you a real story your digging through layers to find the truth sometimes, and Tamarra seems to be playing up her "Christian" side to the point where she's seems one dimensional since you often wonder if she's polishing herself up for the camera. As for Adrienne, it seems like she's being her genuine self as well, but the way she allows herself to latch on to Tamar and Loni is a bit sickening especially, when we viewers have to watch Jeanie sitting there like a deer in the headlights as they bully her.

She cried because they forgot she existed, nd then someone went to a random store and got her a tshirt when they realized she had no presents.
